The Overall Plan for Smart Hainan proposes that by the end of 2025, Smart Hainan, marked by “empowering the Free Trade Port with intelligence” and “the first province of digital twins”, should be built. With the further improvement of the policy system for the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port, and taking the opportunity of building Hainan into a new offshore international trade port, we will give full play to Hainan’s advantage of connecting with China’s real economy, aiming to build Hainan into a global benchmark of smart free trade ports.

The “2023 Hainan International Smart City Digital Security Industry Expo” (referred to as the Hainan Security Expo), jointly hosted by the China Urban Development Alliance, the Hainan Smart City Security Tech Industry Association, and Beijing Qianhe Exhibition Co., Ltd., will be held at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 10th to 12th, 2023. With the theme of “Smart Hainan, Connecting the World Digitally”, the exhibition will, from multiple perspectives and in an all – round way, build a service platform for information exchange, trade cooperation, and mutual benefit and win – win results for enterprises in various fields of digital security products and technologies at home and abroad. Together, we will build a “Safe Hainan” and share the dividends of the free trade port.
